Complete the entry form with the required information for a chance to win.
Open to all U.S. residents13 years of age and older.
Sweepstakes runs from a predetermined time as announced until the predetermined ending time.
One Sleep Lux Luxury Sleep Mask will be given away at radom. The winner will have the option to choose his/her sleep mask with a retail value not to exceed $20.00.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
The winner will be chosen by random drawing method on predetermined date.
The winner will be notified by email no later than the predetermined date and will have 30 days to claim their prize. The selected prize will be mailed USPS to the address provided by the winner.
If the winner does not claim his/her prize or does not provide the required information for delivery, the item will be returned to inventory.
A list of winners from this contest and all other contests will be posted on My Pink Penguin’s website within 5 days after the contest ends and a winner has been selected.
